What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals
- Lead discovery using user research, data insights, and frontline care feedback
- Translate complex care needs and regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog to balance speed, compliance, and user value
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, on time
- Coordinate go-to-market rollouts, training, and internal readiness activities
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on real-world impact
What You’ll Bring
- Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors
- Demonstrable success delivering products end-to-end, from discovery to release
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and a user-centred, data-informed mindset
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in health or social care, or building products for care professionals
- A base salary of up to £60,000 and bonus depending on experience
- Modern town centre offices in Guildford, with opportunity for ad hoc home working
