Senior Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Product Portfolio Director to lead the delivery, strategy and commercial success of our next-generation Care Intelligence platform, CarePilot. This role sits at the heart of our product leadership team and is responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap and impact of IQ, our flagship analytics product that turns data into meaningful insight for care providers.
IQ integrates data across the PCS ecosystem to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive and AI-driven insights. These capabilities help providers evidence quality, anticipate risk, improve outcomes, increase occupancy and demonstrate value. As Product Portfolio Director, you’ll ensure IQ continues to lead the sector in care analytics and data-driven decision making.

These capabilities help providers evidence quality, anticipate risk, improve outcomes, increase occupancy and demonstrate value. As Product Portfolio Director, you’ll ensure IQ continues to lead the sector in care analytics and data-driven decision making.
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
What you’ll do
- Own the strategic direction, vision, roadmap and commercial performance of the Care Intelligence portfolio, with accountability at Exec and Board level
- Lead and develop a Product Manager and multi-disciplinary teams across Data/AI, Engineering, Design, QA, DevOps and Onboarding
- Define and embed high standards for product discovery, delivery, governance and quality across the portfolio
- Drive delivery of IQ features and platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with the CarePilot strategy and organisational priorities
- Provide strategic oversight of technical and architectural decisions shaping IQ’s data, analytics and AI capabilities
- Manage portfolio-level planning, prioritisation and roadmap execution across multiple workstreams
- Identify and mitigate risks across delivery, data, compliance, regulation and market dynamics
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation and experimentation in analytics and AI
- Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding and Support to deliver successful releases and adoption
- Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap and value to internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience in senior product leadership or portfolio management within SaaS, analytics platforms or health/social care technology
- Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing product and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in agile delivery, product discovery and data-driven decision making
- Experience working with data-rich products, analytics platforms or AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating at Exec and Board level
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of data engineering, data science and modern software engineering practices (experience with Microsoft Azure is a bonus)
- A genuine passion for improving care quality, provider performance and outcomes through intelligent technology
What We Offer
- A base salary of up to £95,000 and bonus depending on experience
